I can’t thank Harbourside Pet & Equine Cremations enough for the exceptional care and compassion they showed when they came to collect my beloved horse, Chilli. From my very first contact with them, they were so kind, understanding, and easy to deal with. They stayed in constant contact, keeping me informed every step of the way, and were willing to make the long trip out to Rylstone without hesitation.

Losing Chilli was heartbreaking, but their professionalism and empathy truly put my mind at ease during such a difficult time. Great service , I had to say goodbye to my almost 15year old boxer indie , she had been with me since I was 17 years old and was a very big part of the family , one of the hardest decisions I have had to make however alby and rach made this all that much easier , from helping direct me to a good vet for the in home euthanasia ( with Lauren I believe ? ) to showing the kind of respect that indie deserved , was left feeling that my old girl had been given the honour and respect she deserved In her final moments and getting an awesome digital paw print that is so unique and very much showed the finer details in her paw that’s regular Ink print misses something I will always cherish , can not recommend enough , made everything so much easier , thanks again

Losing our beautiful girls, Luna and Brandy, just two days apart was utterly heartbreaking and something we never could have prepared for. The shock of their sudden loss left us devastated, and we felt completely overwhelmed with sadness

From the moment I reached out to Alby and Rachael, we were met with genuine empathy and warmth. They took the time to listen as I spoke about our beloved pups, answered every question with patience, and were always there when we needed reassurance. Alby called to let us know when Luna and Brandy were in his care, and he spoke so kindly about them—highlighting their unique features and assuring us they were being looked after with love and respect.

Thanks to Alby and Rachael, our girls’ final journey was filled with dignity and care—just as they deserved. Their attention to detail was deeply touching. We were given precious keepsakes like digital and ink paw prints, locks of their fur, and a heartfelt presentation that showed how much thought had gone into every step. These small but meaningful gestures mean the world to us, and we will treasure them forever.

I also received a beautiful piece of jewellery with some of Luna’s ashes—something I’ll hold close to my heart always. It brings such comfort to have a part of her with me every day.

Their compassion made this difficult time a little more bearable. We are incredibly grateful to have our girls home again, and we’ve spoken so highly of this beautiful service to all our friends. Tommy was tragically killed in Coffs Harbour,after chasing a bush turkey onto the highway.We are devistated at his loss,we were 2weeks into our holidays,first time we had taken Tommy on a long trip and he was loving it.We wanted to take Tommy home to Deniliquin and contacted Alby at Harbourside pet cremations.Alby organised everything from pick up,cremation return and a lovely engraved carsket .we will never be able to replace Tommy,but knowing he is with us will help us to grieve,and move on.We can’t thank Alby and Rachael from Harbourside pet cremations enough for their thoughtful and caring assistance.

Words cannot describe how kind These people are, the way they took care of my little Angel Alice, treating myself and my family, as if they were also part of the family grieving a loss, alby drove all the way to port Macquarie from coffs harbour the next morning and sat with me to grieve and finally take her away, they listened soo well to all my instructions on how I wanted everything to be taken care of.

I found Harbourside pet & equine cremations when I was making a plan for the chance something happens to one of my horses when he goes on lease, a few weeks later I lost my gorgeous cat, Salem🐈‍⬛ suddenly and unexpectedly. I was absolutely devastated 💔but Harbourside was my first call. The moment Alby answered my call he was understanding and compassionate to my partner and myself as we babbled incoherently through the phone between tears, his support and gentleness truly meant the world in that moment.

Rachael and Albys patience and understanding took away so much of the stress in an already difficult time. When Salem was picked up we knew immediately that he was in the right hands. They handled Salm like he was their own, treating him with so much care and dignity.
I don’t like to cry I front of others but it was impossible to hold it together, both Alby and Rachael gave us a safe and judgment free space to grieve.

We wanted a beautiful way to honour Salem and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect way to honour our boy than the packages offered by Harbourside.

We are endlessly grateful to them both for making this time feel less lonely and scary❤️‍🩹

A heartfelt thank you to Harbourside Pet & Equine Cremations for your exceptional care and compassion when we lost our beloved Bruce on Sunday, 22nd June 2025. Alby was amazing to deal with—gentle, respectful, and arrived within the hour to take Bruce into his care. By Tuesday evening, Bruce was back home with us, along with a precious paw print and a tuft of his fur.

Bruce was a true little warrior. At 6 years old, he suffered an accident that left him paralysed after herniating two discs in his back. With surgery, lots of love, and determination, we taught him to walk again. For the next 4 years, we tended to all his special needs and were gifted what we called bonus time—and we cherished every moment.

We’ve placed all his keepsakes into a shadow box to honour his memory with his urn.

Amazing service provided when I lost my baby girl. Alby, Rachel & Louise are such beautiful people, really caring & understanding. I sobbed my heart out & I could not fault the service they provided for my baby girl, I knew she was in good hands. I will be using them in the future when the inevitable happens. Messaged harbourside on a Sunday morning after my precious BB died at 5am and they was fast to reply they could help. They also let me bring her to them to transfer her to there vehicle so my girl got one last ride in 4x4 she loved to be in so much. More than just a cremation service these guys actually care about your pet and how it affects you as a owner and the transfer just felt so calming and natural if i could describe it. He also took her fav toy and cremated it with her and in 2 days she was ready to come home and they brought it to my adress ! highly recommend these guys to take care of your pets cremation .

We contacted Harbourside Pet and Equine Cremations in the early hours of the morning after our beloved Labrador cross Monty died. They text back quickly to help us and arrange collection of our boy. When they arrived, they managed everything with absolute compassion and respect for our grief. Within a few days we had Monty’s ashes returned to us and this has given us a feeling of comfort as we know he is back where he belongs. It’s always difficult losing a loved pet, but the sensitivity and efficiency shown by Harbourside Pet and Equine Cremations was greatly appreciated.

They respected him, they took the time to ask about him, which show how much they care. I owned Willow for just shy on 28 years. When Willow was ready to be collected, Rachael & Alby gratefully honoured my request to collect him on Anzac Day (2025), which had marked 28 years on this date when I first picked up Willow. He was presented in a velvet bag inside a black box with gold ribbon with Willow's name. So a touching tribute for Willow. I would happily recommend Alby & Rachael's services to anyone. Thank you both again from the bottom of my heart.

Can't thank Alby and Rachael enough for the wonderful care they offered me when my little man Anton passed away at 0615 on a Sunday in my arms he was going to see his maker the next day but he did it in his time with me holding him.......Can you imagine how distraught I was after an hour of sobbing fortunately I had a friend visiting who comforted me.....She helped me work out what do next and with this we contacted Alby at Pet and Equine Cremations....left a message and in know time he called back and was so kind 😇 and compassionate....Alby came around not long after and was at my home 🏡 He gave me as much time with Anton and my other boy Trent got say his goodbyes with that I carried him down to his little van sobbing all the way placed him peacefully in the back got to touch him one my time and the shut the doors and he was on his very last road trip.....The next day Alby returned my boy in a beautiful urn plus paw prints some fur as well.....Am trying not to cry writing this.....Anton passed away in November I wanted to send a review earlier but I needed time......Thank You Alby and Rachael so appreciated 🥰 Pictures of Anton at 6mths and 18 years he grew up in Melbourne and got to retire in Coffs Harbour with lots of beach play 😁

I had to say goodbye to my beautiful American Staffy Mahala on the 28th December. She was 13 and a half.
From the moment Alby answered my call he was so kind and compassionate, asking about her and saying how sorry he was. I arranged for her to be collected the day after she passed so I could have one more night with her.
When he arrived he was so thoughtful of my needs, asked if I was OK and said how beautiful and peaceful she looked. He explained the process of me helping him get her to the car, and that she would be coming back home to me within a couple of days. He even asked of I needed a hug which I did.
I am so greatful to have had Alby help me at such a traumatic and stressful time.
