Every farewell at Harbourside already includes an ink paw print, a clipping of fur and a signed Certificate of Individual Cremation. What follows is everything else you can choose — urns sized to your companion, engraved plaques, nose prints and hand-finished pencil portraits.
Nothing here is compulsory and nothing is offered to you at the door. If you are not ready to decide, we hold the ashes until you are, at no charge.
Every urn below is included in the cremation price shown beside it — sized to your companion by body weight, never charged as an extra at the door.
A biodegradable scatter tube for families who already know the place they want to take them — a beach, a paddock, a favourite walking track. Easy to carry and simple to open when the day comes.
A heavier, cooler finish for families who want something understated. Sealed properly, so ashes can be moved or divided later if a family needs to share them. Supplied with a clear engraved plaque.
Solid timber with brass corners and an engraved 'In Loving Memory' brass plate, made to sit on a mantel or shelf rather than be hidden away. Sized to your companion by weight.
A timber urn with a framed photograph set into the face, so the urn shows you them rather than only holding them. Chosen instead of the hardwood box within the same package.
A solid brass heirloom urn in white, silver or grey, finished to be kept and passed on. Included with priority return, framed paw print and framed certificate.
A pewter urn with a raised paw-print motif, offered as an alternative to the brass heirloom within the same package for families who want something quieter.
A small portion of ashes can also be set aside for a pendant or a keepsake vial, usually where several family members each want something of their own. The rest is returned to you in your chosen urn. Call Alby to talk it through rather than ordering blind — capacity is set by your companion's body weight.
