• Details about your pet to coordinate the cremation service.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you've asked about.
• To coordinate collection, cremation and return with you and your vet.
• To send transactional confirmations by email and SMS.
• To improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers who help us deliver this service. Specifically, the details you submit through our "Let's Begin" inquiry form are transmitted to ServiceM8, our scheduling and customer-management system, so Alby can call you back and coordinate collection, cremation and return. We also use providers for email (Resend), SMS (Kudosity), secure hosting (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) and web analytics. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your information for marketing campaigns or newsletters.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure ad performance. You can opt out via your browser settings or each platform's opt-out tools.
